I am in the Leadership Development Biz - working with orgs to identify & develop leaders. Most comparable firms have "learning, or development, training, systems" etc - which I find boring. I like the term: Exigent -
but the web name is taken. Please help - How could I add to Exigent (which means demanding) to complete a website address, and potential business name?

    I prefer EEBootCamp.com or a variation of.

    THat means I don't have to worry about how to spell exigit or is it exegit or is it exitet.. Oh damm I don't know!

    Is Exige taken?

    Taken from the French "exiger" - to demand, "exige" could be the imperative form "demand!" or the third person present "he demands", both of which would presumably suit your purpose in trying to communicate that you are challenging in your approach and simultaneously, that you are asking oganisations to challenge themselves (in how they think about and find the right leaders).
