Product Launching-possible To Have Sponsors?

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
We are a small business enterprise. This is our first time to launch our products. We want it to be very appealing and striking to build a very good image not only for the product but for the company itself for we will be inviting managers, principals, presidents and other VIPs. Aside from that, our new products are highly technological and comes from the latest innovation. We have a lot of questions. And I believe you can help with the following:

1.Can you give us some tips to come up with a very good LAUNCH PLAN?

2. We have a very small budget for we are "just" a small enterprise, is it possible for us to get sponsors to maximize our resources? Coz i know that we will be spending a lot for this...

Please spend time to answer this questions clearly. We will appreciate it very much!!! Thanks

Ideally- its not a good idea to use sponsors at your own product launch- you want to promote your own and only own product, organisation, brand and image.

Sponsorship-spend-splits工作品牌are of equal stature or the one inviting the sponsorship is of higher stature and the sponsor wants to use that platform to meet the target audience.

Your budget is low but you want a glitzy function. Make the theme JAMES BOND's TOYS- get a speaker to speak on Innovation. Then do a funny presentation of Bond gadgets through the movies ( any ad agency can put it together) and then present your products. Ideally you should present your products last. Make sure that all the presentations are short and time bound.

All employees get dressed in tuxedoes and formal dresses. And have big TV screens which screen the presentations during the ceremony .

Have a nice gift take away bag- leather wallets, small laser pointers, CD's, a Bond movie DVD- all inscribed with your orgn logo. End with fireworks if you cannot afford a sound and light laser show after your product display. Make sure you choose a live band that plays Bond songs. Neon balloons strewn around give a very futuristic air about it.

I would try to find a club or restaurant (depends on the size of the audience) who might provide space (depending on the demographic of the audience) and they may also be able to arrange a Wine or Liquor sponsor.

The club or restaurant gets to attract a possible new clientele and the Wine or Liquor folks do a lot of this type of sponsoring on a local level. Other drink companies including energy drinks and waters might also provide product.
