Who Will Get The Justice Virgin Mobile/ Brandport?

Another case of big business [Virgin Mobile] forcing a small company [Brandport] out of business! What is most surprising is that the judge in this case didn't recognize that small businesses with smaller budgets are less likely to litigate against a large company unless they have a genuine reason to do so. Where has justice gone??

    Hi great.bipin,

    As Randall states with great clarity there is very little justice. What we must also consider is looking at the "Justice is blind" concept from another angle. Where we consider a concept different than what we have allowed to be the old paradigm. If justice is blind then why do we expect her to see all of the ills of others more clearly. REMEMBER... our only real problem in life is our failure to be "MORE Creative" than we’ve ever been. If you “Invent” your opportunity YOU WILL most definitely create your future.
