Website Domain Being Blocked

I am currently managing a website that has the name lolita in the domain name. I believe it is being block at business because of the name lolita. When I check Blue Coat it tells me it is not rated yet. So my question is this - how can I tell for sure it is being blocked and how do I unblock it. Please note that this is not an adult site, it is a site that sell glassware.

    Carmilla,
    Some of these blocking appliances are getting way, way out of hand. In some ways you are fighting a battle that will be hard to win. Based on my experience, you will always have a few aggressive systems that will make the decision to block you.

    Dear Carmilla,

    Bearing in mind the fact that the Internet is awash with adult sites (offering God alone knows what), with a domain name that includes the name Lolita, your best bet is probably to change your domain name.

    I know this sounds pretty basic, but it might just be your best option.
