Doing A Q4 Internal Promotion-tag

Doing a Q4 promotion to set the stage for 2010. This is an internal promotion where the sales rep. has an opportunity to double his commission (20% more) for every sale over what his average it. Any thoughts would be wonderful!

    Just make sure you actually pay out. Word on the street is that a lot of sales manager's are ripping off their sales force with these kinds of gimmicks claiming the economy is a factor. I think actually coming through with the reward is the most important aspect of an internal sales competition.
