    The better question is what to avoid. Avoid any business that you don't already know. This might be a good time to learn somewhere, but not a time to start your own business in something you don't know

    Think of something that everyone needs, although they might not know that yet. And that no-one else has thought of, so it's unavailable. Then make sure you can protect the intellectual property in it. And then roll it pout globally.

    On the other hand, if you run a convenience store, maybe you should just try a new flavour of granita, or pop some Snickers bars in the refrigerator and charge extra for them in summer.
