Tradeshow organizers will offer exhibitors a "slot" in the kiosk to add their marketing materials/brochures and demos. This would be placed in a central area on the tradeshow floor. Attendees could find the exhibitor info they want and have it emailed to their inbox or to a colleague back at the office. They can also access and obtain session handouts. The exhibitor benefits because they will receive a list at the end of the show with all of the leads/attendees that accessed their digital brochures or sent it to their inbox's. It is a revenue generator for show management, exhibitors can pay for slots and sponsorships can be offered.
