my duties will be:
Phase 1: designing presentations to select renters ''Brands'' to match and building a CRM program.
Phase 2: conducting a research to determine the competition and building the awareness. making the communication plan ''Internally & Externally''. working on the customer retention programs.
my questions is: what type of employees do i need? how many as a start? what will be their duties and titles?
