Creative Tag Line For One Man Plumbing And Heating

Starting a plumbing, heating, and air conditioning business. One man who is a master plumber and certified hvac tech. Last name is Merrill and his name is recognized in the city. He his third generation in this business but older brother kept the company and moved to a different town so his name has recognition. Need to convey the message that you make one call you have one person who can take care of all your home needs.

Also thinking to market to elderly to help them stay at home but want a broad residential net to capture business.

Need something creative to set him apart.

    Good morning, when you say "older brother kept the company and moved to a different town" I am presuming you are able to tap into his customers' good will. It will help establish your business - and it will help in establishing which tagline you should use.

    Because taglines are for your customers, not your business. They do not need to be particularly unique, they need to communicate; that's not always the same thing! Really what your tagline needs to tell them is that when they phone you they'll know what to expect.

    Down to business. That preamble was me getting into your 'sphere' as it were. Forming the picture of what you do.

    - just phone us, we'll help
    - we're at the end of the phone.
    - all you need to do is call us.
    - you'll be put at ease when you call.
    - putting you at your ease.
    - calling us puts you at your ease.

    There! What are your thoughts on those? Not stunningly original, they don't need to be. All you need to do is back them up on the phone with sensible solid advice - tough for some and should be as easy as falling off of a log for you. It's the magic of a USP (your unique selling proposition).

    Located in what region?
    Who are the customers: home owners, apartment managers, or business managers?

    We are thinking to name the business Merrill plumbing and heating because his name has recognition, though it's been a few years. Live in Wisconsin in town of about 65,000. I kind of like "experience at your door" or "call someone you know" ....along those lines
