Creative Spirits & Casual Dining

Need a creative way to say that we will serve great creative drinks and casual dining but not so casual that middle to upper class wont want to go and enjoy a good and creative meal. Need this in four words.

    What's the name of your restaurant? It would help to know to ensure we don't duplicate any keywords.

    Is your restaurant permanently themed by cuisine, eg, Thai, Middle Eastern, Brazil, etc? Does your business depend upon foot traffic passing or are you a destination restaurant?

    Another influential point about your marketing strategy comes to mind. You have used the word 'creative' in both the bar menu and food menu context. Does this mean that you predominantly do not use traditional food recipes/cocktails, but have developed a unique range of restaurant products?

    Who and where is your primary target audience? Are you sure they are seeking creativity when they choose a restaurant?
