    Integrated marketing is simply ensuring that all your marketing tools (advertising, PR, DM, telemarketing, sponsorship, internal marketing, sales promotions etc) all have the same goal. So, for example, if you launch new product, then you use all your too as one.

    You ensure that you focus all your efforts on your marketing goal, and that they all work together.
    i.w. Your website and telesales work together and everyone knows whats happening!

    As for segmentation, I agree with Pavan, you still keep the same segmantation of your market, nothing changes!
