    international =everywhere except where your business is based.

    domestic = just the country where you are based.

    The differences could be:

    different locations
    different cultures
    different behaviour
    different means to words
    different languages
    different climates
    different competion
    different makets sizes
    different laws
    etc etc

    Can you gives us more info, or is this a homework assignment?
