Steps To Choosing A Retail Location.
We all know the 3 rules Location Location Location. But I have been asked to prepare a presentation about what factors to consider when rolling out a warehouse style shop (in Australia). So apart from the obvious how does one add science to this process? (Hope your awake Jett!)
