Are you a university student? Check out your school library or eResources. There's eResource at my school called DataMonitor that gives you SWOT and a pretty good summary business analysis of most North American publically traded companies. That's where I'd start.

There are many of them where you can find examples for McDonalds but do it on your own. You will sharpen your thinking about it, about not just McDonalds but any company or a product. SWOT analysis should be exhaustive and detailed and it should lead to some conclusions. If you just copy them from some web site you will find it harder to do next stage of presumably marketing plan you are doing. See where strengs match with opportunities and where weaknesses match with threats and see how you can use or avoid these with the right marketing mix. good luck
