    Here's my take on it:

People decisions: Can be either managerial strategic "demands" and/or suggestions (doesn't necessarily have to be managers..can be a marketing team) based on authority, experience, etc.

过程决定s: Can be as a result of consumer surveys, software calculations, metric results, etc.

Phsysical Evidence: Ties into processes somewhat...especially metric, but based on the the word definitions, it would be decisions based on exactly what was sold, what is left, costs, current buying habits, trends, etc.

To state quite simply: YES, they are all important to the manufacturing industry. One cannot determine necessary production levels, costs etc without extensive knowledge of their market and how/why decisions are being made.

    Good Luck!

    1. If The Company have a Strategic Plan, the marketing decisions should go in the same way.

    2. Some Competitors or Environment changes could affect your original decisions (ex: big promotion, new product launch,..).

3.技术的进步和the possibility to access it, could influence the marketing decisions.
