Know-How Exchange : Website Critique

In the past I have used a privacy page template from etrust and other sites. I did a quick search the other day and did not find exactly what I was loking for.

Can anyone get me some links to privacy page templates I can use, either straight text or one with selections for company specific information to populate the text field?

We are going to launch a new site shortly and our current site does not have a privacy page, need something to get me started.
