Need A Tagline! Aviation Employment Website

Hello tagline gurus!

I'm starting a web-based employment site for aviation personnel. It will facilitate networking and post vacant positions (as opposed to a recruitment service).

The company is titled DIRECT DESTINATION (a known pilot term).

I'm considering playing with 'landing'.
Direct Destination - Cleared to Land that Job
DD - Land the Perfect Aviation Job
DD - Land Your Job

Hmmm - none of them seem to flow just the right way. Suggestions??!!

Any ideas outside of 'landing'.

    "Land The Way You Want"
    "Careers Touching Sky" or "Sky Touching Careers"
    "Up & Close,To Sky"
    "We Keep Your Spirit High"
    "Landing The Right Runway"
    "Perfect Landing,Perfect Takeoff" (this may resemble that if u land up here in our website,your career would take off)

    i have a couple of thoughts.

    i like the landing take, but i wonder if "taking off" wouldn't be better. or, perhaps another analogy.

    a take on elevating your career, taking your career off auto pilot, or adjusting your course may deserve consideration, too. maybe DD is "your co-pilot". just throwing that out there.
