Dissertation Topic

Hi, I am a marketing student doing my final year of degree.

Now, I am working on my dissertation which has to relate to Issues and Controversies in Marketing Project

Not sure what topic, company or industy to choose!!!

Really hope anyone can help me with some ideas

    Dear zinab16,

    With corporate malfeasance at every turn in the financial world, what about Madoff? Or anything to do with mortgages in Florida? Or the guns, tobacco, or big pharma regimes? Or Wal-mart? Or the scandal of the death of the American auto industry?

    You also need to figure out what controversy, which issues, and how each impacts which area or niche.

    I thought the point of doing a PhD or Masters is to contribute original thoughts and research to your area. If you are relying on others for this, maybe you are not cut out to recieve the degree. These are my original thoughts on the matter. Maybe that should be your topic?
