Lots of ice? In a refrigerated truck/boat/container? Cook 'em and pack 'em in cocktail sauce? Lots and lots people each putting them in their pockets?

You may not like any of these ideas, but they are all from the perspective of a marketing professional. Since the audience and experts on this forum are marketing professionals also, perhaps this isn't the best place to find your answers? Try Googling "fresh seafood transportation -myregionand other keywords tagged with your region. You will get a bunch of "hits" for providers of services and consulting in this area.

    I hope this helps.
