Post Launch Review

I am looking for a post launch review template or list of suggested headings?

I have just released a product (6 months) and feel that there are alot of things that was not right initially.

Interested other thoughts.

    Was this a website launch or a full marketing campaign?

    What were your expectations? Why?

    How are you measuring your effectiveness?

    We need the answers to Jay's questions. The "template" is going to need to address YOUR issues, not someone else's.

    Did you establish success criteria prior to the launch? If so, those are the things you'll want to report on and analyze. You don't want a one-size-fits-all template. The chances it will be right for your needs are slim and none.
