Need A Tagline For 3rd Party Logistics Business

Help! We need a creative tagline for our 3pl. Company name is Pioneer Freight Services. We offer truckload, & less-than-truckload services as well as intermodal & ocean shipping. We are a non-asset based brokerage based in Utah.
We provide a quality service to our customers at an excellent price. Most of our clientele enjoy significant cost savings for their shipping needs.

    John,

    You've come to the right place. We need a little more information though.

    First, who is your primary target audience? Where are they located? How do they decide whether/when to use a third-party logistics company? What are the main criteria they use to make a selection?

    Next, what do your competitors say? How do they go to market? Maybe some of them have stumbled onto the words or ideas that resonate with your customers, and perhaps we can build on what they've learned for you.

    Third, how do your customers learn about you? Where will they see this tagline? Do you have a "sweet spot" where you really shine that would make you a natural for some segment of your audience?

    最后,对你期望的标语you? Why do you want one? How will you know when the right one shows up? What are the criteria by which you'll judge our suggestions? If we know that, there's a much better chance we'll come up with a winner the first time.

    Our target customers are small to medium sized businesses who have the need to both ship & receive pallet freight. We have excellent rates and the ability to provide service nationwide, but most of our current customers are west of the rockies. The clientele we attract are looking to lower their shipping cost by outsourcing. We can usually provide better rates than our customers can get on their own, and we take care of the details.

    We're currently updating our website in preparation for a June 1st launch of updated software. Currently our customers call or email us their info and we enter it into our software and quote/ship for the customer ourselves. The new site will allow our customers to login and use the software through our site. This will also allow them to track & follow their shipments, download shipment documents, and invoices online.

    Our current customer base includes a vitamin/supplement manufacturer who ships pallet freight on a daily basis, a major cookie company who ships full truckloads from their primary distribution center to smaller warehouses 3-5 times/week, and a retail clothing distributor who ships full truckloads & pallet freight to various retail stores on a weekly basis.

    I'm not sure what criteria would help us choose the perfect tagline. I suppose we'll know it when we see it.
    I probably have given way more info than you wanted, but I love my company! I really, really, appreciate any marketing help/guidance I can get!
