Look at your annual marketing plan and see what manufacturers' etc. are offering special opportunities that you can pass onto your customers. Time to clamp on that creativity hat, get out of the office/store and get your mind off (briefly, anyway) the monumental problem this has become to you. Hold a brainstorming session with others in your organization. Develop a quick customer survey; check in with your customers. You will have more ideas than you can shake a stick at!
