You don't need or want our opinions. You need to clearly and carefully define the target audience and write the promotion based on the benefit that would resonate with the target audience.

If you don't have some current/recent research among the target audience, then that needs to come first. Especially with products like supplements (or any health/wellness product or medical device), it's important to not only be clear and precise about any claims, but also to use the words and phrases the target audience uses when they discuss the benefit they expect.

I've been there, and I know how important the consumer input can be. Without the words they use they'll miss the point altogether, and your promotion copy will be useless.
