    Hay isn’t CRM for when the customer has already made a purchase? It is there to keep there business and make them feel that they made a good decision . I am confused S:|

    addressing some of the questions above: CRM systems certainly manage the customer relationship - but the process typically begins much before the prospect becomes a customer... many CRM systems will interface with web sites to gather contact info from web site visitors, then follow the prospect thru the sales and customer support processes.

    Regarding effectively selling CRM solutions: I'd suggest networking with Sales Management folk and C-Level executives.
