Executives say the biggest benefits of improving company culture are increased productivity and improved retention,according torecent research fromArbingerandAscend2.

The reportwas based on data from a survey conducted in March 2023 among 302 strategic decision-makers who work for organizations in the United States with 500 or more employees.

Some 90% of respondents say the importance of company culture is increasing in today’s market, yet more than a quarter (26%) say they struggle to get buy-in from the rest of their leadership team.
