I need information on what PR, in the Hospitality industry, consist of. What challenges, strategies and opportunities are there in this industry.

    PR in the hospitality sector is derived from: events, winning of awards (say in customer service), boasting about one's ratings (how many stars your have), etc. Good PR can also be derived from smartly positioned sponsorship (attaching one's self with the right events) and advertising (positioned towards your desired or already established target market(s)).
