Make Them Want To Move

I inherited an account where a personal Facebook page was set up to look like a business page. Because the business page has more functionality, I'd like the "friends" of the personal page to move and become "fans" of the business. The personal page has several hundred "friends".

Any clever ideas on how to make them want to move?

Of course, I'll post on the personal page and ASK them to move -- maybe motivate them with a coupon ... then I was thinking of a personal message to the hold-outs?

I was also going to update both personal and biz accounts and taunt the personal hold outs with specials and features they can't get unless they like the biz?

    Facebook does make it easy to convert a Profile into a Page and in the process move your friends from the Profile to the Page:

    https://www.facebook.com/help/?page=18918

    Just make sure you are logged into the Profile that has admin capabilities for the Page otherwise you won't be brought to the correct Page when you click on the above link.

    Also, at this time only your Profile photo and friends will be moved to your new Page. No other content will be moved. You will still be able to log in from your original email address and password.
